It is our job to:
- Hire and manage the coaching staff;
- Assign and manage the volunteers;
- Organize the home meets and social activities;
- Provide weekly communication via email to parents;
- Provide support for our coaches; and
- Address parental concerns

Theresa is the proud mom of two Hammerheads, Maddie (11-12) and Mikey (9-10). This will be the Cerny family's fifth year spending their summer with HFST. Theresa grew up spending her summers swimming for the NWB Dolphins in Montgomery county starting at the age of 4. Her summer coach sent her mom to go sit at the top of hill and threw a crying Theresa in to swim her first 25 free and the rest was history. Her love for summer swim turned into a year round passion when she started to swim for RMSC and eventually joining their national training group. Theresa's goal is to make HFST a place of inclusion, fun and hard work! Let's GOOOOOOO Hammerheads!
