Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
New families will need to create an account. Returning families, if you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Sign ups for each swim meet will open the Sunday before the swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click on Meets tab Click on Sign Up Calendar. You will see a schedule of events. Scroll to volunteer sign ups non-meet specific jobs for non-meet specific jobs, then click on the green job sign up tab. Scroll to each specific meet for meet specific jobs, then click on the green job sign up tab.
- Click on your name (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). You should see a list of jobs. Sign up for a job.
- Click on save assignments once you have chosen a job.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup for Meets
To declare attendance and/or select meet entries:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your swimmers' names.
- For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- Attending this meet
- Not Attending this meet
- Select the appropriate events from the list shown. You may select up to 4 individual events.
- Click Save to record your choices.
