Welcome to the 2026 Harting Farm Swim Team season!
Here are some updates as we prepare for the upcoming summer season:
REGISTRATION
Harting Farm Swim Team registration for the 2026 swim season will take place ONLINE ONLY.
- Online registration will open March 1, 2026 and remain open until May 22, 2026.
- Registrations after May 23 will be charged $15 per swimmer. If you would like to register your swimmer after the registration deadline has passed, please contact us through the contact form.
- There are 2 registration forms. Please complete the registration form that pertains to your status, either a Harting Farm resident and/or pool member or a non-resident/non-pool member.
- Registration fees for 2026: 1st athlete - $175, 2nd athlete - $160, 3rd athlete - $145, 4th athlete - $120, additional athletes - $105; non-residents/non-pool members are charged an additional $10/athlete
- Swimmers must be able to swim unassisted any stroke for 25 meters & float on back unassisted for 1 minute to join our swim team. This will be assessed on the first day of practice.
VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS
Families with one swimmer are required to volunteer for 14 hours and families with 2 or more swimmers are required to volunteer for 16 hours. You can sign up by clicking on the "Meets" tab, "sign up calendar". Instructions for signing up are under "Meets" tab, "sign up instructions". For more information about volunteer jobs, please click on the "Volunteers" tab. Volunteer sign ups will open May 22 at 5 pm.

PRACTICES
The Harting Farm Swim Team holds practice Monday - Friday at the Harting Farm Clubhouse pool facility. (AFTERNOON PRACTICES START May 26 AND CONTINUE UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. MORNING PRACTICES START June 17 and continue until the championship meets.)

A Group (Ages 8 & Under): 4:00 - 4:40 PM, ONLY NEW 8 & Under swimmers on May 26, returning 8 & U swimmers start May 27
B Group (Ages 9 - 10): 4:40 - 5:25 PM
C Group (Ages 11 - 12): 5:25 - 6:10 PM
D Group (Ages 13 & Up): 6:10 - 7:00 PM

Stroke & Turn/Starter Trainings
Per the GASL Board, all Officials training will be all in person.
There will be no virtual options offered this year.
Current USA Swimming and Y Certified officials do not need to attend training. Please complete the Officials Sign-Up Form, indicate your USAS/Y certification and click the "Exempt" option, and then send a picture of your up-to-date credential to [email protected].
